You and the Player
We wish to make you, as the parent or guardian (you) of a child who is a member of the football team or club (the “Player”) who wishes to use the XLinSport football mobile application software (the App), aware of our privacy policy. We are making you aware of this privacy policy so that you and the Player (who is under 18) understand how we obtain and use personal data regarding the use of the App.
Where in these terms we refer to “you” that includes the parent or guardian and the Player.
Consent to installation of the App

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology (have the same level of security used by online banking systems). Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk.
